David D. Palmer, G.R.I. has been a full time licensed Realtor since 1981, specializing in the sales, leasing, and management of residential properties in Montgomery County, Maryland (MD). He is a long time Montgomery County resident who attended Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda, MD and is married with three children. He is a Graduate of The Realtor's Institute. Mr. Palmer has worked as an instructor at Montgomery College, teaching the class required to receive a license to practice real estate. He previously served for many years on the Montgomery County Association of Realtor's Property Management Committee, The Montgomery County Association of Realtor's Contract and Clause Committee, The Montgomery County Association of Realtor's Professional Standards Committee, and The Montgomery County Association of Realtor's Arbitration Committee. Mr. Palmer holds a Brokers license in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
